"I wanted to leave a 5-star review as this team was great at the start. The first person I interacted with was right after I was involved in a car wreck where my car was totaled and I needed coverage for my new vehicle. They were super helpful & put me at ease after I was dealing with a lot. Afterwards, I needed to add renter’s insurance and they were helpful at explaining the different amounts for different coverages. Always friendly and able to assist. This was the last 2 years. Fast-forward to this year, I didn’t realize my policy was expiring- had a text I was past due and policy would be cancelled so I combed through my junk folder and found an email from a couple days ago. I called the next day I was able and after I said who I was, I was hung up on. I called back, explained I needed to cancel and had a new policy in place; usually they ask who it’s through and which date coverage begins but all I got was a rude “ok” no thank you or is there anything we can do. I understand cancellations aren’t fun to deal with, but I’ve worked in customer service for over 15 years and even worked at a State Farm agency as a receptionist; I would never be rude to someone who has to cancel. I always try to leave things on a good note. I’ve had a lot of life challenges out of my control and struggle to follow up sometimes, but appreciated this business as my time as a customer. I did not appreciate how I was treated the second I had to cancel. I no longer live in NKC area, but I hope they treat other clients who need to cancel with more respect than I received. You never know what someone is going through; be kind."

"Needed a tow Saturday night (non accident related), paid cash. Was too busy to contact them till Tuesday, and did by email.
