"Worst experience Ive ever had with any company. I had to file a claim after one of my wheels fell off my Tahoe after I had just had Firestone Complete Auto Care located at 8431 N Madison Ave KCMO install 4 new tires. After my accident they lost track of my vehicle. Weeks later when it was found they struggled to pay the tow lot to have the car moved to the repair shop. Then they strung me along for weeks before strategically assessing my vehicles value (pristine conditon and working order) by $26,000 less than its value. When I reported State Farm to MO Department of insurance, they claimed that it was my fault they lost my car and made me wait 3 months to tell me they were totalling the vehicle. Somehow a vehicle that had new wheeles, tires, and drivetrain(warranty repairs) can lose $26,000 in value in a month. State Farm is a great insurance company, until you get in an accident. Then they will hassle you with red tape, beaurocratic incompetence, and sleezy business practices. Carrie Murray was especially unhelpful through the entire process."
